Looking for a place to call home?
This may be your first purchase or you may be looking for a larger or smaller home – whatever it may be, a purchase of a home is often filled with mixed emotions and uncertainties. There are many essential pieces to a successful outcome that require a great deal of expertise. Finding your right community, choosing a quality house, optimizing your purchase offer and managing the negotiation process are just a few of the crucial components. When I work with you to find a property, you will have my undivided attention. I will communicate with you from beginning to end ~ I’m here to help you with a successful outcome.
Choose a Neighborhood
I have over fifteen years of serving the real estate needs of my clients in the North Shore suburbs. I have first-hand experience with North Shore suburban living and raising our two sons in Highland Park. I will put this experience to work for you helping you navigate the area, the neighborhoods, the school systems, park districts, libraries and other community resources throughout the North Shore.
ACCESS TO INVENTORY
Every Realtor has access to the Multiple Listing Service and automatic notification of new property listings. However, as an active broker in the North Shore, I am consistently networking with other brokers and know of homes before they hit the market.
OFFER PRICE AND TERMS
The ideal offer price will be determined by various factors. These include location and condition of the residence, current competition & timing of the closing. With my knowledge of the market place and asking the selling broker the right questions, I will provide you with the data and information to help you optimize your offer and secure the home of your dreams.
Making an offer is only the beginning – there will be a fair amount of negotiation before both parties are satisfied. With my experience & market knowledge, I will offer you sound advice and will also serve as a buffer between you and the seller/seller’s agent. Negotiating for a home can be a highly charged and emotional process. But the most emotional buyer will look like one cool customer behind the right agent, and in the end, you usually end up with what’s important to you.
CONTRACT TO CLOSING
In a real estate transaction, there are dozens of loose ends to tie up between signing the contract and closing the sale. I’m known for my attention to detail and will coordinate and oversee attorney review, inspections, your lender and anything else that may arise. My ultimate goal is to make the transaction as stress free as possible for you!
